Henry Green – Slow //

New track from Bristol (OK well Malmsbury but, that’s close enough for use to claim him as ours right??) based artist Henry Green. Follow up to Green’s previous track ‘Barcelona’ which we covered a month ago. ‘Slow’ does exactly what it says on the tin. It’s calming, demure, and packed with emotion. Shuttering percussion, carefully gives way to an electro melody that slowly builds over the course of the tracks three mintues. ‘Slow’ is the title track from Henry Green’s upcoming debut EP which is due for release June 1st.

Wonderful Humans – Don’t You

We’ve covered New York duo Wonderful Humans before, with their previous track ‘Just What I Needed’. But it’s amazing what two months can do. New track ‘Don’t You’ sees the duo, pushing their style, production, and sound into a much more consolidated, and rounded place. While being perhaps somewhat darker in tone than their previous track. ‘Don’t You’ is helped along by it’s Saxophone led melody. Which when paired up with confident vocals, just seems to pack much more punch.

Kudu Blue – Bones

Being a Bristol based blog, we’ll always have a bit of a soft spot for anything trip-hop. That’s why we’re in love with Brighton based five-piece Kudu Blue. Their latest track ‘Bones’ is a journey through a soundscape of laid-back synths, pulsating beats, and a very smooth vocal. ‘Bones’ is their debut single and is streaming alongside a rather dense remix from Luo.
