Alpine – Come On
New track from Australian six-piece Alpine. ‘Come On’ is a tender, heartfelt wander through a soundscape littered with gentle percussion. All held together by a haunting, but blissfully chilled out female vocal. Taken from the bands upcoming album ‘Yuck’ which is due for release June 16th.
Ghost Loft – The Otherside
Follow up to the breezy, chilled out ‘Overflow’. Los Angeles producer Ghost Loft is back with new track ‘The Otherside’. Holding onto the hazy, warmth of his previous offerings but with much more lyrical density than we’ve seen from the producer so far. Taken from his forthcoming EP ‘Chocolate Haze’ which is due out later this month.
The New Tarot – Memory Kills
Idiosyncratic vocals, and a very danceable beat are what sets new track ‘Memory Kills’ as something different. The New Tarot are a New York based sister duo who produce Indie-Rock. ‘Memory Kills’ manages to hang on to a fluid and ethereal sound while layering a dense, rhythmic beat over the top.
