Someday I Will Miss You – Postcards From Other Lives
What would happen if you combined James Blake with The Shins and turned down the tempo a little further. Well I reckon something like Croatian producer, Someday I Will Miss You would be the result, of this experiment in musician splicing. Mixing wandering synths with vocals which have a sense of longing, ‘Postcards From Other Lives’ is a beautifully haunting track. The track is available as a free download now.
Joe Hertz – Ashes feat. Liv //
Dense, bassy and smooth new track from London based producer Joe Hertz with Liv on vocals. We fell in love with Liv and her track ‘Come A Little Closer’ back in October last year. With super smooth and sultry vocals which pop with a sense of understated coolness. Liv brings this track to life.
Tamu Massif – A Fate Much Worse
New track ‘A Fate Much Worse’ from Bristol artist/producer Dave Dixon aka Tamu Massif. Opening to the delicate plucking of a guitar, before giving way to a melody that has a slight hint of funk riding around within it. This funky undertone is juxtaposed against Tamu’s subtle and somewhat delicate indie vocal. The track is taken from Tamu Massif’s upcoming ‘Alba’ EP. You can catch Tamu Massif live at Bristol’s Louisiana on June 19th. Ticket info here.
