Svelte – Façade
New track from fellow Bristolian’s Jacob Bright and Mary Spender aka Svelte. ‘Façade’ is the duo’s second single, and is a gorgeously haunting electro art-pop track, with creeping percussion and a jittering and mesmerising melody, which bubbles just below lead vocals from Mary Spender which rise to the surface giving the track an expansive but deeply personal soundscape. The duo will be releasing a track a month in the run up to their debut, which is due for release early next year.
Peter Lyons – Envy
Follow up to Peter Lyon’s ‘Leave Me’ which was released back in March. ‘Envy’ see’s Lyons taking us on an alluring journey across a glitch ridden, dance beat scattered soundscape. It’s an interesting mix of art-pop and reformed EDM, all structered as a backdrop to Lyons’ highly polished vocals. ‘Envy’ is streaming now.
Wilderman – Keep On Movin’ On
New track ‘Keep On Movin’ On’, and judging by his previous output on his Soundcloud a totally new direction for Texas-based producer, designer and cafe owner Robert Gungor aka Wilderman. Fusing 80’s tinged melodies with a funky vocal held together by wandering synths. ‘Keep On Movin’ On’ is streaming now.
