If you don’t instantly fall in love with the wonky percussion and upbeat melody of Rude’s latest track ‘Disco’ then there must be something wrong with you. ‘Disco’ covers you in simple but cheery lyrics such as “I like the perfume you’ve been wearing, probs cause I purchased it” and “I like your eyes when they’re blinking, don’t go changing this”. The whole track feels like it’s been handcrafted or being ran through a walkman with it’s off kilter wobbly percussion. It’s a twee summer track thats perfect for sunny days in the park.
Rude have recently been signed to Love By Mistake, so expect to be hearing plenty more from them over the next few months. ‘Disco’ is available to download now for Name Your Price.
